F&B campaign creative shoot

Islandwide F&B menu relaunch

Challenge: Two-week burst across paid social and search for a refreshed menu. Approach: Creative testing with kill rules, geo-targeted pacing, daily launch pulses. Outcome: CPA stabilised after culling weak variants; in-store execution remained client-owned. Metrics illustrative.

Performance campaign media plan

Regional hardware marketplace

Challenge: Always-on performance with stale creative. Approach: Feed error fixes, monthly refresh cadence, budget split between search and social. Outcome: ROAS improved once product data was clean — not from bid gimmicks. Results varied by category.

B2B software campaign review

B2B software trial push

Challenge: LinkedIn and search trial sign-ups with long nurture. Approach: Landing alignment, pixel QA, phased budget ramp. Outcome: Cost per trial became trackable; sales conversion still depended on product-market fit.

Process notes

Each engagement begins with a tracking audit and a written media plan. Creative batches are sized to platform learning windows — not arbitrary art-director counts. During launch week we share a daily pulse: spend, CPA, frequency and creative status in plain language.

Post-campaign debriefs capture what we would repeat and what we would skip next time. Clients receive asset archives and naming conventions so internal teams can reuse approved work without email archaeology.
