Common questions about scope, fees, guarantees and how we work with in-house teams.

  • 'DriftLife' — is this a drift-racing, boating or travel brand, a lifestyle (.life) or life-coaching site, or a software product?

No. "DriftLife" is about how attention, audiences and demand drift — and about campaigns that read the current instead of fighting it. We are a campaign and launch studio in Singapore: campaign strategy, paid media, creative production and testing, social campaigns, positioning and post-campaign review. We have nothing to do with motorsport or drift racing, boating or diving, travel or digital-nomad content, or wellness and life coaching. The `.life` TLD is branding only. We are also not a software product and are not affiliated with any similarly named marketing tool — we sell agency services delivered by people. We do NOT guarantee reach, virality, leads or sales, do NOT sell a course, and do NOT buy fake followers or engagement. Reach and results depend on your product, market, timing and budget — see our disclaimer.

  • How do fees and media spend separate?

Agency fees cover our time, planning and production. Advertising platforms bill spend directly to your organisation. Invoices never mingle without written agreement.

  • Do you use AI in client work?

Yes, for drafts, research summaries and variant generation. Strategists and editors approve everything client-facing. We disclose AI assistance when contracts require it.

  • What industries do you decline?

We avoid categories that conflict with platform policies, local regulations or our team ethics — including deceptive financial schemes and unverified health claims.

  • How quickly can you start?

Retainers typically begin two to four weeks after scope sign-off, depending on capacity. Launch sprints need aligned assets and platform access sooner.

  • Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We often pair with internal marketers — they keep brand knowledge; we bring bandwidth, tooling and an external review lens.

  • What does onboarding include?

Access checklist, analytics audit, stakeholder map, communication rhythm and a written scope listing deliverables, fees and explicit exclusions.

  • Do you guarantee rankings, leads or ROAS?

No. Marketing outcomes depend on budget, product, market, timing and implementation. We set realistic KPIs and report with caveats.

  • Who owns ad accounts and creative files?

You retain platform account ownership. We request partner access during engagements. Approved creative exports are yours; working files transfer per contract terms at project end.

  • What happens during platform policy rejections?

We revise assets or copy to comply, document the reason and adjust timelines if review cycles extend. We do not circumvent platform rules.

  • Do you subcontract production?

Sometimes, for specialised shoots or localisation. Subcontractors sign confidentiality agreements and appear on quotes when their fees are material.

  • What is included in launch-week support?

Daily standups, pacing checks, creative swaps within agreed volumes, and an end-of-week written summary with next steps.

DriftLife delivers campaign management, paid media buying, creative production and launch-week support under written agreements. Performance varies with product, pricing, seasonality and platform policy changes. We never promise top rankings, fixed lead volumes, sales targets, ROAS floors or viral breakout. Figures in portfolio notes are anonymised illustrations. Automation speeds production; strategists and producers sign off every live asset. Ad spend invoices come from platforms directly — our fees cover planning and execution only.
